What we hold

• Your messages to us on Instagram or Telegram — your handle, what you asked for, and the payment screenshot you send.
• The payment itself shows us the name and the UPI ID you paid from. That is how we confirm money has actually reached us.
• Basic usage data — pages viewed and a rough location from the IP address — used only in aggregate to see whether the site works.

What we never see

Your card number, bank details, UPI PIN or passwords. A UPI transfer goes straight from your account to ours; we never get access to your account, and no payment company passes your financial details to us.

Why we hold it

• to check that a payment really arrived, so nobody gets files for free;
• to send your download link, and send it again if it expires;
• to answer you and sort out problems with an order; and
• to keep a record of sales, as any business does.

Where it lives

Our conversations sit inside Instagram and Telegram, so those platforms' own privacy terms apply to the messages as well as ours. This website is hosted on Vercel, whose analytics we use in a cookieless, privacy-friendly form. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Your cart lives in your browser

The cart is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers. Nothing is sent to us from it. Clearing your browser data clears it.

How long we keep it

Order conversations are kept for as long as we need them to honour a re-download, settle a dispute, or keep the sales record. After that they are of no use to us and we delete them.

Your choices

Message us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on a deletion request unless we need to keep a particular record to settle a dispute or meet a legal requirement.

Children

This store is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us and we will try to put it right.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
